Last week, our Little Learners got the amazing opportunity to visit some newly born chicks in the Reception class in the primary school. The children all waited patiently to get an up-close view and all remained quiet whilst watching them. Well done children!
Their focus for the week was 'birds', so this fitted in really well and led on to some spontaneous chick-related activities too, including observational drawing, tuff trays and crafts.
